A notice:
This right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers as defined in § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Entrepreneurs as defined in § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), who are acting in the course of their commercial or independent professional activity when concluding the contract, are not entitled to a right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal for consumers
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).
You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but you do not have to.

You can also fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another unambiguous statement electronically.
If you make use of this option, I will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of your cancellation (e.g. by email).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, I will refund all payments I have received from you, including delivery costs.
(with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choosing a different delivery method than the one I offer,
(having chosen the cheapest standard delivery), to be refunded immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day,
on which I received your notification of cancellation of this contract.
For this refund, I will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed with you, you will not be charged any fees for this refund.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Standard shipping method is collection of the goods at the business premises of Smart Home Thomas Reh.
Any other shipping method - especially shipping methods chosen at the customer's request, such as parcel or freight forwarding -
These are considered special shipments.
In the event of a cancellation, only the costs for the standard shipping method (collection = 0 EUR) will be refunded.
Additional costs for selected special shipping methods are excluded from reimbursement.

Did you request that the services begin during the withdrawal period?
You must pay me a reasonable amount corresponding to the share of the earnings up to that point.
to which you inform me of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract,
services already provided correspond to the total scope of services stipulated in the contract.
