This offer is exclusively a repair service. No tubular motor is sold.
The subject of the contract is the professional repair of the tubular motor sent in by the customer. The motor sent in remains the property of the customer at all times.
By sending in the motor, the customer commissions the repair service and demands that this begins before the cancellation period expires.

The intelligent Somfy radio motor
 
Somfy's Oximo wireless series - available in RTS and io versions - are among the most advanced tubular motors for roller shutters. They combine precise electronic limit settings technology with convenient radio control, either via hand transmitter or integrated into the smart home center.
 
The integrated obstacle and freeze detection reliably protects the roller shutter and motor from damage, while the torque control ensures smooth starting and stopping. The bidirectional communication of the io series allows the motor to report its status back to the controller - ideal for networked systems.
 
All motors are tested by a specialist company and tested for function, torque and limit position storage. Every repaired motor is therefore fully tested and ready for operation – “tested” in the best sense.

Repair process
 
 
 
An order: Select the appropriate motor model and complete the order.
 
 
Sending: Send in the defective motor properly packaged (shipping costs for buyer).
 
 
Repair: Professional repairs within 1-2 working days.
 
 
Return shipping: Return shipping is generally possible, but only at the usual package costs if the motor sent in is packaged in a stable, space-saving and safe manner for transport. In the case of bulky or inadequate packaging (e.g. tube or bulky goods boxes), I reserve the right to invoice the additional costs of return shipping separately.
 
 
 
 
Processing time & shipping time
 
 
 
The motor will be repaired no later than the following working day after receipt of the goods.
 
 
The return usually takes place within another working day.
 
 
Processing time may vary depending on platform and shipping method; exact information will be provided when the order is placed.
 
 
 
 
Important requirements
 
 
 
 
 
Repair only for selected Somfy models (see variant list)
 
 
No repairs in the event of total damage (e.g. water damage, burnt out windings, defective gears or brakes, as well as overvoltage damage)
 
 
The motor must not have been opened or tampered with
 
 
 
 
Product safety and quality
 
All repairs are carried out in accordance with the relevant safety standards and ensure that the motor functions properly. Changes to the house installation may only be made by qualified electricians.
 
 
 
Service & Extras
 
Upon request, I offer a rental cable for adjusting or resetting the motor. Please contact us in advance.
 
 
 
Warranty
 
A statutory warranty of 2 years applies exclusively to the installed spare parts.
 
A warranty on the entire motor or other components is excluded.

Every repair extends the lifespan of your motor, reduces electronic waste and saves valuable resources.
