The subject of the contract is the professional repair of the tubular motor sent in by the customer. The motor sent in remains the property of the customer at all times.
By sending in the motor, the customer commissions the repair service and demands that this begins before the cancellation period expires.

The electronic Somfy motor for awnings
 
The Orea WT motors from Somfy are among the electronic controlled drives that were specially developed for cassette awnings and counter-pull systems. They combine precise limit-setting technology with robust mechanics and ensure exact stopping points when retracting and extending the awning.
 
Thanks to the electronic limit settings detection, the setting is permanently retained and can be re-parameterized if necessary. The motors run particularly smoothly and have a long service life, ideal for high-quality awning constructions and applications with counter-pull mechanisms.
 
Every repair is tested by a specialist company, tested electronic and carried out with the original setting parameters for awning drives - “tested” for the next outdoor use.

Sending: Send in the defective motor properly packaged (shipping costs for buyer).
 
 
Repair: Professional repairs within 1-2 working days.
 
 
Return shipping: Return shipping is generally possible, but only at the usual package costs if the motor sent in is packaged in a stable, space-saving and safe manner for transport. In the case of bulky or inadequate packaging (e.g. tube or bulky goods boxes), I reserve the right to invoice the additional costs of return shipping separately.
 
 
 
 
Processing time & shipping time
 
 
 
The motor will be repaired no later than the following working day after receipt of the goods.
 
 
The return usually takes place within another working day.
 
 
Processing time may vary depending on platform and shipping method; exact information will be provided when the order is placed.
 
 
 
 
Important requirements
 
 
 
Repair only for selected Somfy models (see variant list)
 
 
No repairs in the event of total damage (e.g. water damage, burnt out windings, defective gears or brakes, as well as overvoltage damage)
 
 
The motor must not have been opened or tampered with
 
 
 
 
Product safety and quality
 
All repairs are carried out in accordance with the relevant safety standards and ensure that the motor functions properly. Changes to the house installation may only be made by qualified electricians.
 
 
 
Service & Extras
 
Upon request, I offer a rental cable for adjusting or resetting the motor. Please contact us in advance.
 
 
 
Warranty
 
A statutory warranty of 2 years applies exclusively to the installed spare parts.
 
A warranty on the entire motor or other components is excluded.
