Whether CD 8000 Pro or CD 8010 Pro – Many of these controls have been in use for decades and form the control center of old and new shading systems. A professional repair brings these reliable components back into operation - without interfering with the existing house installation and without breaking the style due to more modern, inappropriate designs.

- The repair will be carried out no later than the following working day after receipt of the goods.
- The return usually takes place within another working day.
- eBay orders have a 40 day processing time as a buffer to cover late submissions.
- Processing time may vary depending on platform and shipping method; exact information will be provided when the order is placed.
Important requirements
- Repair only for selected Somfy models (see variant list).
- No repairs for battery-operated or hollow rivet mounted controls.
- No repairs for devices with a short circuit or total damage.
- Device must not have been opened or tampered with.
Product safety and quality

Warranty
A statutory warranty of 2 years applies exclusively to the installed spare parts.
