The C12-PSF and PSF+ radio motors from Becker are high-quality drives for folding arm and cassette awnings. They work with the proven Centronic and Centronic PLUS radio system and combine precise limit-setting technology with convenient radio control.
 
Becker radio motors are characterized by their robust electronics, their quiet running and particularly stable radio transmission. They can be conveniently operated using a hand transmitter, radio timer or home control center and can be integrated into existing Becker control systems. Connection to modern smart home systems is also possible via Centronic PLUS.
 
Every motor is tested, adjusted and tested for function in a specialist company – “tested” for the next use under sun, wind and weather.

Repair process
 
 
 
An order: Select the appropriate motor model and complete the order.
 
 
Sending: Send in the defective motor properly packaged (shipping costs for buyer).
 
 
Repair: Professional repairs within 1-2 working days.
 
 
Return shipping: Return shipping is generally possible, but only at the usual package costs if the motor sent in is packaged in a stable, space-saving and safe manner for transport. In the case of bulky or inadequate packaging (e.g. tube or bulky goods boxes), I reserve the right to invoice the additional costs of return shipping separately.
 
 
 
 
Processing time & shipping time
 
 
 
The motor will be repaired no later than the following working day after receipt of the goods.
 
 
The return usually takes place within another working day.
 
 
Processing time may vary depending on platform and shipping method; exact information will be provided when the order is placed.
 
 
 
 
Important requirements
 
 
 
Repair only for selected Becker models (see variant list)
 
 
No repairs in the event of total damage (e.g. water damage, burnt out windings, defective gears or brakes, as well as overvoltage damage)
 
 
The motor must not have been opened or tampered with
 
 
 
 
Product safety and quality
 
All repairs are carried out in accordance with the relevant safety standards and ensure that the motor functions properly. Changes to the house installation may only be made by qualified electricians.
 
 
 
Service & Extras
 
Upon request, I offer a rental cable for adjusting or resetting the motor. Please contact us in advance.
 
 
 
Warranty
 
A statutory warranty of 2 years applies exclusively to the installed spare parts.
 
A warranty on the entire motor or other components is excluded.

Every repair extends the lifespan of your motor, reduces electronic waste and saves valuable resources.
