I offer used Somfy Sunea and Orea radio-controlled tubular motors – two of the most widely used wireless drives for awnings and sun protection systems.
These motors combine comfort, precision, and safety in wireless form:
The Somfy Orea RTS uses the proven RTS radio technology (Radio Technology Somfy), while the Somfy Sunea io is based on the modern io-homecontrol® platform, making it fully smart-home compatible.
Both motors are suitable for all types of awnings – from open articulated-arm awnings to fully enclosed cassette awnings – and ensure precise, smooth movement with exceptionally quiet operation.
Thanks to integrated sensor compatibility (wind, sun, and rain sensors), they enable automatic adjustment to weather conditions, reliably protecting the fabric and mechanics.

Somfy Orea RTS – classic RTS radio control (unidirectional):
 Proven one-way communication, easy to set up, low-interference, and ideal for manually controlled awning systems with hand-held radio transmitters or wall-mounted controls.
 
 
Somfy Sunea io – modern io-homecontrol® technology (bidirectional):
 Sends and receives radio signals, can report status back to smart-home systems such as Somfy TaHoma, Connexoon, or Fritz!Box io.
 Ideal for automated routines, time schedules, and sensor-based awning control.

Both variants operate with antennas invisibly integrated into the motor housing, making them highly resistant to interference and weather influences.

All offered motors are tested according to the GPSR and meet current safety and performance requirements.

The motors are offered without accessories by default. If you require brackets, adapters, or connection cables, you can order them separately in the shop (subject to availability) or contact me directly.

 Older versions typically have a permanently mounted cable of sufficient length.
