Processing & shipping times
 
 
The repair is completed no later than the working day following receipt.
 
 
Return shipment usually takes place within one additional working day.
 
 
For eBay orders, a processing time of 40 days is displayed as a buffer to account for late incoming shipments.

No repair for battery-powered units or devices assembled with hollow rivets.
 
 
No repair for units with short circuits or total damage.

Warranty
A statutory warranty of 2 years applies exclusively to the installed replacement parts.
The warranty does not apply to the entire control device or any other components.
