This motor series is known for longevity and stability – perfect for professional repair using original components.

Return shipping: Return shipping is generally possible, but only at standard parcel rates if the motor is sent in a stable, compact and transport-safe package. For bulky or insufficient packaging (e.g. long tubes or oversized cartons), I reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs.

The motor will be repaired no later than the following working day after arrival.
 
 
Return shipping usually takes place within one additional working day.

Important requirements
 
 
Repair only for selected Simu models (see variant list).
 
 
No repair in cases of total damage (e.g. water damage, burnt windings, damaged gears or brake).
 
 
Motor must not have been opened or tampered with.

 
Product safety and quality
All repairs are carried out according to the relevant safety standards and ensure the proper function of the motor. Modifications to the home’s electrical installation may only be performed by qualified electricians.
 
Service & extras
A loan cable for adjusting or resetting the motor can be provided on request. Please contact me beforehand.
 
Warranty
A statutory warranty of 2 years applies exclusively to the installed replacement parts.
No warranty is provided for the entire motor or any other components.
