The reliable Elero motor with emergency hand crank
The VariEco NHK motors of the Elero T series are mechanically controlled drives designed for roller doors and large-scale installations. Their integrated emergency hand crank (NHK) allows manual opening and closing in the event of a power outage – an important advantage in safety-related or weather-dependent applications.
The motors are known for their precise limit switch adjustment, robust construction and quiet operation. They are low-maintenance, durable and can usually be professionally overhauled and put back into service. This allows existing installations to remain fully functional without requiring a complete new installation.

Repair process
- Order: Select the appropriate motor model and complete the order.
- Shipping: Send the defective motor properly packaged (shipping cost paid by the buyer).

- Return shipping: Possible at standard parcel prices, provided the motor is securely and compactly packed. For bulky or insufficient packaging (e.g. tubes or oversize cartons), additional charges may apply.
Processing & shipping time
- The motor is repaired no later than the next working day after receipt.
- Return shipping usually takes place the following working day.
- Processing time may vary depending on platform and shipping method; details are provided when placing the order.
Important requirements
- Repair only for selected Elero models (see variants list).
- No repair in case of total damage (e.g. water damage, burnt windings, defective gearbox or brake).
- The motor must not have been opened or tampered with.
Product safety and quality
All repairs are carried out according to the relevant safety standards and ensure the proper functioning of the motor. Any modifications to the house installation may only be carried out by qualified electricians.
Service & extras
A loan cable for adjusting or resetting the motor is available on request. Please contact me in advance.
Warranty
A statutory warranty of 2 years applies exclusively to the replacement parts installed.
No warranty is provided for the entire motor or other components.
