The electronic Elero motor for roller shutters
The ACS-E, RolTop and RolMotion models belong to the electronically controlled tubular motors of elero GmbH. They use automatic limit detection and ensure smooth, gentle movements of the roller shutters. Thanks to their durable mechanics and precise end shut-off, these motors are ideal for new builds, renovations and retrofit applications in both private and commercial environments.
The motors are low-maintenance and can continue to be used with existing controls or timer systems. Their high-quality electronics ensure quiet operation, consistent torque control and maximum reliability – even after many years of use.
Each repair is tested, electronically checked and carried out according to manufacturer specifications – “tested” and ready for the next deployment.

Repair process
 
 
Order: Select the correct motor model and complete your order.
 
 
Shipping: Send the defective motor properly packaged (shipping costs paid by the buyer).

Repair: Professional repair within 1–2 working days.
 
 
Return shipping: Possible at standard parcel rates if the motor is packed compactly and securely. For bulky or insufficient packaging (e.g. long tubes or oversized cartons), I reserve the right to charge additional return shipping costs.

 
Processing & shipping time
 
 
The motor is repaired no later than the next business day after receipt.
 
 
Return shipping usually takes place within the following business day.
 
 
Processing time may vary depending on platform and shipping method.

 
Important requirements
 
 
Repair only for selected Elero models (see variant list).
 
 
No repair possible in cases of total damage (e.g. water damage, burnt windings, defective gearbox or brake, surge damage).
 
 
The motor must not have been opened or tampered with.

 
Product safety and quality
All repairs are carried out in accordance with relevant safety standards and ensure proper motor function. Modifications to the building’s electrical installation must only be carried out by qualified electricians.
 
Service & extras
A loan cable for adjusting or resetting the motor is available upon request. Please contact me in advance.
 
Warranty
A statutory warranty of 2 years applies exclusively to the replacement parts installed.
No warranty is provided for the entire motor or any other components.
