The R-series motors with the designation E03 and RP+ are compact, electronically controlled tubular motors from Becker that are especially suitable for installation in built-in and front-mounted roller shutter systems. They feature precise electronic limit detection that is permanently stored and can easily be re-adjusted if necessary.

Thanks to their robust construction and reliable electronics, these motors are ideal for private and commercial roller shutter installations. They can be operated with common Becker controls or external switches and can be reused in existing installations without modifications.

Every repair is inspected, electronically tested and carried out according to manufacturer specifications in the specialist workshop – “tested” for the next years of operation.

Return shipping: Return shipping is generally possible at normal parcel rates if the motor is packed securely, compactly, and safely for transport. For bulky or insufficient packaging (e.g. long tube boxes or oversized parcels), I reserve the right to charge additional costs.

The motor is repaired no later than the next working day after arrival.
Return shipping usually takes place on the next working day.

Important requirements

Repair only for selected Becker models (see variant list)
No repair in case of total damage (e.g. water damage, burnt windings, defective gearbox or brake, or overvoltage damage)
Motor must not have been opened or tampered with

Product safety and quality

All repairs are carried out according to applicable safety standards and ensure the proper functioning of the motor. Modifications to the home electrical installation may only be carried out by qualified electricians.

Service & extras

A loan cable for adjusting or resetting the motor can be provided on request. Please contact me beforehand.

Warranty

A statutory warranty of 2 years applies exclusively to the installed replacement parts.
No warranty is provided for the entire motor or other components.
