Becker R Series C01 PRF+ PROF+ Tubular Motor Repair – Specialist workshop for radio-controlled roller shutter motors (Centronic & Centronic PLUS)
Your Becker tubular motor says:
“I am the radio motor that quietly unfolds its power – controlled via Centronic or Centronic PLUS.”
“At Thomas Reh my electronics were tested and my radio connection recalibrated – ready for many more precise movements.”
The proven Becker radio motor
The tubular motors of the Becker R-Series with the variants C01 PRF+ and PROF+ are among the durable radio-controlled drives from Becker. They use the proprietary Centronic and Centronic PLUS radio systems and are particularly suitable for roller shutter installations in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Thanks to radio control, no fixed wiring between switch and motor is required, which simplifies installation and retrofitting. These motors are known for their precise limit-stop technology and stable radio transmission, compatible with single-channel transmitters, group controls or central control units.
Each repair is performed in a certified workshop, electronically tested and checked for radio range – “tested” for the next years of reliable operation.
Advantages compared to purchasing a new motor
- Sustainable: Environmentally friendly repair instead of replacement – proven radio technology remains in use.
- Cost-effective: Repair is cheaper than buying new, with no need for a new installation.
- No re-pairing required: Existing hand transmitters and control units (Centronic / Centronic PLUS) remain connected unless a factory reset is necessary.
- Reliable: Electronics are tested and radio range is checked when an existing transmitter is supplied.
- Compatible: Works with Becker radio systems and common Centronic components within smart home environments.
- Tested: Each motor is checked after repair for function, limit positions and radio stability.
This repair applies to the following fault patterns
- Roller shutter lowers normally but only rises again with manual assistance
- Motor runs, hums or responds with delay
- Noticeable “click” sound when changing direction
