The C12-PSF and PSF+ radio motors from Becker are high-quality drives for folding arm and cassette awnings. They operate with the proven Centronic and Centronic PLUS radio systems and combine precise limit-switch technology with convenient wireless control.
Becker radio motors are known for their robust electronics, smooth operation and particularly stable radio transmission. They can be controlled comfortably via handheld transmitters, radio timers or central control units, and can be integrated into existing Becker control systems. Via Centronic PLUS, integration into modern smart home systems is also possible.
Each motor is tested, adjusted and function-checked in the workshop – “tested” and ready for its next deployment in sun, wind and weather.

Shipping: Send the defective motor properly packaged (shipping costs borne by the buyer).

Repair: Professional repair within 1–2 working days.
 
 
Return shipping: Possible at standard parcel prices if the motor is securely and compactly packed. For bulky or inadequately packaged shipments (e.g. tubes or oversized boxes), additional return costs may apply.

 
Processing & shipping time
 
 
Repair is completed no later than the next business day after arrival.
 
 
Return shipping usually occurs the following business day.
 
 
Processing times may vary depending on platform and shipping method.

 
Important requirements
 
 
Repair only for selected Becker models (see variants list).
 
 
No repair in cases of total damage (e.g. water damage, burnt windings, defective gearbox or brake, surge damage).
 
 
The motor must not have been opened or tampered with.

 
Product safety and quality
All repairs are carried out in accordance with applicable safety standards and ensure proper motor function. Changes to the building’s electrical installation must only be carried out by qualified electricians.
 
Service & extras
A loan cable for setting or resetting the motor is available upon request. Please contact me beforehand.
 
Warranty
A statutory warranty of 2 years applies exclusively to the replacement parts installed.
No warranty is given for the entire motor or other components.

Each repair extends the motor’s service life, reduces electronic waste and conserves valuable resources.
