The Becker classic
The P, R, L and M/M04 series tubular motors from Becker are among the most reliable mechanical drives for roller shutters and articulated-arm awnings. With their precise end-limit adjustment via setting buttons and their robust construction, they stand for durability, smooth operation and easy maintenance.
These motors are used in a wide variety of systems – from standard roller shutters to articulated-arm awnings and older installations with mechanical controls. Professional repair and adjustment can significantly extend their service life.

Shipping: Send the defective motor securely packaged (shipping paid by the customer).

Return shipment: Return shipment is generally possible at standard parcel rates, provided the motor is sent in stable, space-saving and transport-safe packaging. For bulky or insufficient packaging (e.g. tube or oversized cartons), I reserve the right to charge additional return shipping costs.

The motor is repaired no later than the working day after receipt.
 
 
The return shipment usually takes place within one additional working day.
 
 
Processing time may vary depending on platform and shipping method; exact details will be provided at the time of ordering.

 
Important requirements
 
 
Repair only for selected Becker models (see variant list)
 
 
No repair in case of total damage (e.g. water damage, burnt windings, defective gear or brake)
 
 
The motor must not have been opened or tampered with

 
Product safety & quality
All repairs are carried out according to applicable safety standards and ensure full functionality of the motor. Any modifications to the home installation must only be performed by qualified electricians.
 
Service & extras
On request, I offer a loan cable for motor adjustment or reset. Please contact me beforehand.
 
Warranty
A statutory warranty of 2 years applies exclusively to the installed replacement parts.
The warranty does not cover the entire motor or any other components.
