• No reprogramming required: Radio motors (RTS, io, Centronic, etc.) usually do not need to be reprogrammed into your Smart Home system, saving you time and money.
• No need to replace additional components: The repair avoids replacing other components like motor mounts in the shutter box, which minimizes costs and resource use.

• Your roller shutter lowers correctly but does not raise anymore.
• Your awning extends properly but does not retract.
• Your roller gate lowers correctly but does not raise anymore.
• The motor runs but makes a buzzing noise.
• The motor runs slower than the others, especially noticeable with several windows in the room.
• You hear a distinct "click" when the motor starts.

Note: Faulty brakes, indicated by the gradual lowering of the shutter curtain, cannot be repaired with this package. Similarly, defective gears, identifiable by grinding noises or the shaft slipping during operation, cannot be repaired.

• If the fault doesn't match your motor's issue, please wait before placing your order and contact me!
• Order via this website by selecting the appropriate motor.
• After the order is received, a confirmation will be sent to you via email.
• Ship the tubular motor(s) at your own expense to the address provided in the order confirmation.
• Once the payment and motor are received, the tubular motor will be repaired within one business day.
• If the tubular motor does not match the described fault, the incurred labor costs will be deducted from the invoice amount, and any remaining balance will be refunded. Upon request, the motor will be returned to you, with shipping costs charged.
• After the repair, shipping with a delivery note/invoice will take place no later than the next working day.

• The tubular motor has not been tampered with or opened by anyone else.
• The motor’s cable length is sufficient without a plug and can be safely disconnected from the switch or control, allowing you to note the wiring configuration for reinstallation.

Motor Removal Instructions:

If your motor has a plug, you only need to send the motor. For Somfy motors, this is possible with most models. Other manufacturers' newer models also allow this. Please see the image collage in the offers for further guidance.

Ensure the cable isn’t cut too short when disconnecting it. A bent cable at the motor's exit ensures that any condensationflows away from the motor rather than into it, protecting the motor from water damage.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping is based on weight, meaning you only pay for the shipping of multiple motors collectively. Typically, shipping is handled by DHL.
